Our Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our main focus. We accept returns for most products that are still in resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We require that return shipping costs be paid by the customer unless there was a processing error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective product). You should purchase return shipping with tracking information so all parties are aware of the return shipping status.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.
At this time we only ship to addresses in the United States. Our main shipping method is UPS Ground service. Please note, UPS cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We ask that you provide a physical mailing address upon placing your order.
Most orders ship out within 3 business days from payment confirmation. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
Shipping charges will vary based on the ship-to address, product size and weight, shipping method, etc. We may also change shipping charges based on promotional offers, i.e. free shipping or flat-rate shipping promotions.
